How to Give

May 7, 2020

Considering the current circumstances, this year’s campaign has been adapted to be run entirely online.  This means that whether you are working from home or in office, whether you have access to WIN or not, everyone can participate.  See below for clear instructions on how to participate in your favorite campaign activities remotely:

Payroll Pledges & Donations

For those who have access to WIN, you can make your donations through the WIN Self-Service platform.

For those who cannot access WIN at this time, you are still able to make a payroll pledge/donation by filling out the electronic fillable donations form and submitting it directly to OSS.payroll.gta@ontario.ca.

This means everyone can still make a payroll pledge to the charity(s) of their choice!

One-Time Donations of Cash, Cheque or Credit Card

You can make a one-time, non-payroll, donation by filling out the electronic fillable donations form and submitting it to a member of your ministry/agency campaign team.

You can also submit it directly to Tatyana Parfenyuk at Federated Health Charities, if you would prefer, at Tatyana.parfenyuk@ontario.ca

Special Events

Your ministry/agency has planned several fun virtual events that will be occurring throughout the campaign period.  Keep an eye out for campaign promotions to see what they’ve got planned!

Lottery

The Federated Health Charities lottery is online this year!  This is the same campaign lottery that occurs every year with all proceeds going to our 20 charities.  This year there will not be ticket sellers selling in your offices, instead you can buy your tickets at https://www.federatedhealth-lottery.ca/lottery/!  It is convenient and efficient.  Tickets are $5 each (plus processing fee).  Tickets go on sale May 1 and the last day of ticket sales will be July 27.  Get your before they sell out!
