This January the Institute for Advancements in Mental Health (IAM) is offering two webinars that you attend virtually from the comfort of your own home using your computer or iPhone.
What is a webinar?
Webinars are live online educational presentations during which participating viewers can submit questions and comments. Short for web-based seminar, a webinar is a presentation, lecture, workshop, or seminar that is transmitted over the web using video conferencing software. The objective of a webinar is to provide an audience with remote access to an in-depth presentation focused on a specific topic or subject.

Explore how caregivers can support their family members who are hearing voices due to psychosis. These online interactive sessions will help caregivers gain a deeper understanding into the context of hearing voices others can’t, contributing factors that help or harm a voice hearer’s experience of their voices, and how to use a CBT-p informed approach to communicate and support someone in their voice hearing.
