The past two months have been a whirlwind of excitement as we gear up for this year’s campaign! Our amazing volunteers are being appointed and trained, ministry and agency campaigns are in the works, and all the behind-the-scenes magic is coming together to bring you another fun and engaging campaign!
One of the things that keeps us active during this planning period is getting all our communications material ready. At Federated Health, we’re all about transparency and personal connection, and we make sure these values shine through in everything we do. We’re dedicated to sharing accurate stories about the needs of communities impacted by illness, the incredible work our charities do, and the personal stories of those affected.
We strive to build personal connections at every level of the campaign because this truly is a collective effort, and we want everyone to know they’re an important part of it, no matter how big or small their involvement.
To make this happen, we’ve been hard at work creating a collection of videos and photos that tell these powerful stories. We’ve been traveling to different charity offices, interviewing their staff, meeting with people personally impacted by illnesses, and seeing firsthand where our donations go. We’ve also had the pleasure of interviewing and photographing several provincial government employees who have been involved in the campaign over the years. Through these interviews, we’ve heard inspiring stories about what motivated people to get involved, how these illnesses have touched their lives, and what drives their passion to give back.
