From the Desk of the Executive Director: Celebrating the Release of Our 2025 Annual Report
Each year, I have the privilege of reflecting on the impact that Ontario Public Service employees, agencies, and retirees make through Federated Health Charities. And every year, I’m reminded of something important: when our community gives, it gives with heart.
Today, I’m thrilled to announce the release of our 2025 Annual Report – a full look at the powerful, tangible outcomes your generosity made possible in the last campaign season. The report is one we are incredibly proud of. It is rich with stories, data, and behind-the-scenes insights that show just how deeply your contributions touch lives across Ontario.
But more than anything, this report is a celebration – of you, of our 21 health charity partners, and of the collective commitment we share to building healthier communities.

These stories remind us why Federated Health Charities was created more than four decades ago: to uplift those facing the daily realities of illness and to show them they are not alone.
Supporting the Supporters
This year, we shine a special spotlight on the Institute for Advancements in Mental Health (IAM), one of our 21 charity partners and the supports they provide to caregivers and service professionals – people who give so much of themselves to others. Our partnership helps strengthen those who, in turn, strengthen our communities. Their work exemplifies what it means to care for the whole person, and we’re honoured to share their story in this year’s report.
