“To all the donors through Federated Health Charities you don’t know me, and I don’t know you—but you’ve significantly impacted my life,” says Zac Spinosa. “And you’ve given me the opportunity to help others as well.”
When Zac was diagnosed with arthritis, life felt heavy. “I was in the darkest place I’ve ever been. I didn’t want to go outside. I was just searching for some sort of hope to go forward,” he recalls. That hope came through his rheumatologist, his family, his support system, and the Arthritis Society. “Luckily for me, between all of them, I was able to find that hope. And for me, it came through fitness. That’s how I got into the career I have today.”

Now Zac is thriving, and he wants donors to know the difference they make. “You’re doing something good with your money. You’re doing something that’s going to help save lives. And although arthritis doesn’t kill people, it does kill their ability to live a life they wouldn’t be able to without your help.”
Because of donors like you, Zac found relief, regained choice, and discovered a new purpose. “I’m beyond grateful for that, and I hope to have your continual support to help bring back hope, relief, and choice into the lives of people who suffer from arthritis. So thank you very much!”
Your generosity through Federated Health Charities makes this possible. Every dollar helps someone like Zac access resources, find relief, and reclaim the life they deserve.
Your impact is real. If you’ve given, thank you for making a difference. If you haven’t yet, please consider joining us in the next Federated Health Charities campaign. Together, we can help more people live stronger, healthier lives.
